Job Purpose

The Finance Business Partner actively helps improve the performance of the business and provides full business finance support to the Site Director and the senior management team who have P&L / cost center responsibility for the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on all equipment
  • Perform inspections and determine the reparability of the equipment and contact the manufacturer or vendor for scheduling repairs, as needed.
  • Conduct basic repairs in accordance with cGMP requirements, equipment manuals and operating procedures.
  • Communicate with the engineering department and document all the troubleshooting/repair activities following the current procedures.
  • Comply with the company policies and all safety requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsHigh school degree required.
5+ years of practical experience as maintenance mechanic for heavy machinery in a pharmaceutical setting
Knowledge and ExperienceExperience documenting repairs and maintenance in accordance to cGMP requirements.
Strong knowledge of basic safety policies and procedures in a manufacturing environment, including gowning and PPE requirements.
Dependable with high sense of urgency.
Personable and able to work with all levels of staff.
