Job Purpose
Manage and supports projects pertaining to Chemistry analytical method validation, Re-validation, verification, development, and optimization for existing finished products. Support daily chemistry analytical method validation, re-validation, verification projects. Serve as subject matter expert (SME) on validations related to Chemistry analytical method assay and impurity testing. Support in audits as SME for Chemistry analytical method validations. Work with analysts extensively to identify solutions, provide support for method optimization for LC and GC. Must have familiarity with lab quality processes, FDA regulatory requirements, ICH and USP validation guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead key projects with R&D to support business goals.
- Develop research programs incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the potential of new products.
- Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured products.
- Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers.
- Support Director to hire and develop R&D personnel.
- Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations.

Application Details
This is a full-time on-site position, and hours of business operations are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. May work extended hours as needed to meet deadlines, including weekends from time to time.
